All products are in stock and available to purchase unless stated otherwise. Simply browse the store and choose the product you wish to order by adding it to your basket. We will then ask you to enter your personal details and payment information. There is no need to set up an account. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. These are processed with SagePay and secured with SSL. If you are ordering from the United Kingdom, prices will include VAT at 20%. Countries outside of the UK may be charged import duties and/or sales tax. These charges are at your own expense, please contact your local customs office for more information.





Our standard shipping time is 2 -8 days depending on your location in the world. Once your order has been proceed, you will receive an email confirmation your tracking number and selected courier information. This process normally takes between 24 -48 hours. Orders are shipped without duties paid. As the buyer, it will be your responsibility to pay any import tax and other custom duties upon delivery of your goods. You will only be charged the stated flat rate shipping charge regardless of how many products you purchase.





All of our headphones come with a one year limited warranty which commences on the date of purchase from Bloc & Roc or an authorised reseller. If your headphones malfunction in any way due to a technical fault, we will repair or replace them free of charge at our discretion, providing that they are returned to us within the warranty period. We will not be held liable for any incidental damages that arise from the misuse of your headphones.


Our warranty will not cover any blown drivers, general wear and tear, breaks, loss or theft. You will void this warranty if you disassemble your headphones or expose them to harmful environments such as moisture and extreme temperatures.


Once your warranty is verified, you will be sent instructions for the return shipment. 


If your product has been purchased from Bloc & Roc directly, you can make a warranty claim by contacting us via email: support@blocandroc.com. Please include your order number, date of purchase and description of the fault. If your product has been purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly.
